Professional certifications can open doors for professional advancement.  SHRM Essentials program also available for new HR professionals.

Jim Gallo is a Business Psychologist with 20+ years of leadership experience as a senior executive and management consultant. Jim has worked both within organizations as a senior executive leading multi state operations as well as an external consultant providing customized solutions to organizations. Currently Jim serves as the Director for The Center for Organizational Effectiveness at the Florida Institute of Technology, which is a consulting firm that provides human capital measurement and talent management strategies. Additionally he teachs graduate and undergraduate classes within the school of psychology.

Professional certifications can open doors for professional advancement.  A comprehensive online/interactive program that accommodates working professionals.

Class size limited to 15 students. 
1) 18 (2 hour) interactive live online discussions during the evening (recorded for follow up and flexibility)

Listen when you want to or use as a refresher:
a) Knowledge
b) Situational Judgment
c)  Test Preparation

 2) 30 minutes of coaching prep for each student 

i) Establish study plan, goals and questions

 3) Each student will receive 36.5 hours of instruction

4)  Access to interactive online discussions are available for up to one year after enrolling (take the course twice if you like, but you won’t need to)

Flexible payment options Deposit of $500 to hold the course Remaining balance can be paid in two installments
