3+ years exempt level HR experience and/or

PHR or SPHR and/or

Full time faculty, attorney or HR consultant

Have voting rights and can hold office

HR professionals with exempt level HR experience but who do not meet the requirements for Professional Membership

Have HRABC voting rights but cannot hold HRABC office

Non-exempt HR professionals

those with a bona-fide interest in HR but who do not meet the requirements for Professional or General membership

Cannot vote in HRABC elections and cannot hold HRABC office

Any SHRM member who designates HRABC as their primary chapter and qualifies but does not pay HRABC annual dues

May receive emails but cannot hold office, vote or receive member discount rates
