Join us for as Dr. Nathan Charles speaks on the topic of Executive Coaching as a Business Strategy. 

Executive coaching is a leadership development process that seeks to strengthen the connection between individual effectiveness and organizational performance. It helps organizations ensure that their leaders are equipped with the critical skills necessary for achieving and sustaining desirable business outcomes.

 

Dr. Charles will speak on how:

ABOUT THE SPEAKER

Dr. Nathan Charles

 

“Doc,” as his coaching clients call him, is an experienced and accomplished Executive Coach. He is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about all things HR. "Doc" intimately understands the challenges faced by HR leaders and what it takes for them to partner with other corporate leaders to have a responsive and dynamic HR presence.

 

His dual training in psychology and human resources have given him a unique perspective of the corporate world. Over the years he has applied his exceptional coaching skills and in-depth knowledge of business to help his clients become more successful at what they do. 

 

He brings a rich educational background and training to his field.  He has a BA in Psychology from McMaster University, Can

ada; a MA in Psychology & Counseling from Trinity Divinity School, Illinois; a MS in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources from the Krannert Graduate School of Management, Purdue University, Indiana; and a Ph.D. in Counseling from Purdue University, Indiana.

 

"Doc" holds the following professional certifications: SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), Professional in Human Resources (PHR), National Certified Counselor (NCC), Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS), Distance Credentialed Counselor (DCC), Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)
