Established in 1968, the Human Resources Association of Broward County (HRABC) has been dedicated to advancing the profession of our local HR practitioners that support over 75k+ companies and 1M+ employees with Broward County. As a Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) affiliated chapter, we continue to promote the strategic importance of human resources management in the scope of modern business by connecting people, influencing communities, and driving corporate change.

With a full board of volunteers and refreshed leadership for 2024 the HRABC has established ambitious goals to continue to grow our chapter, serve our members and impact the local community and organizations we serve. However, we cannot accomplish these goals without the support of our corporate partners like you.

In turn, we expect that this will drive greater event attendance from the HR professionals you want to meet and interact with – aligned to our goal of increasing event attendance by 25% YoY – a goal we far surpassed in 2023!
